We serve youth ages 5 through 18 in Ventura's underserved neighborhoods, including East Ventura, Saticoy, Westview, and Ventura Avenue. All three of our programs — Tutorship, Mentorship, and Life Coaching — are designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group.
All Epic Leadership Center programs are completely free for participating youth and families. There are no fees, no enrollment costs, and no hidden charges. We believe every child deserves access to the support they need to thrive, regardless of their family's financial situation.

Visit our Get Involved page to fill out a volunteer or mentor application. Volunteers must be 18 or older and pass a background check. Training, support, and flexible scheduling are provided. Mentor commitment is approximately 4 hours per month for at least one year.
Yes. Epic Leadership Center is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Ventura, California. Our EIN is 46-2314437. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. We are committed to transparency and accountability in all our operations.
100% of every dollar donated goes directly to our youth programs — including tutoring materials, mentoring activities, life coaching workshops, and program supplies. We use Zeffy for donation processing, which means zero platform fees. Every dollar you give goes to serving Ventura's youth.
We primarily serve youth in East Ventura and Saticoy, with expanding programs in Westview and Ventura Avenue. We currently reach six Ventura neighborhoods total. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us.
